Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
