- 1 block of firm tofu
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black salt (kala namak)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup chopped vegetables of your choice (e.g., bell peppers, mushrooms, spinach)
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Drain the tofu and press it to remove excess water. Crumble the tofu into small pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, turmeric powder, garlic powder, onion powder, black salt, and black pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the tofu. Pour the sauce mixture over the tofu and cook for 5-7 minutes, until the tofu is heated through and slightly crispy.
- Add the chopped vegetables to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
- Sprinkle with green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
