Simple Vegan Breakfast Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric

- 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of black salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup of diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, etc.)

Instructions
- Drain the tofu and press it to remove excess moisture.
