  5. Gradually add the vegetable broth, 1 cup at a time, stirring frequently until the liquid is absorbed before adding more.
  6. Stir in the reserved porcini soaking liquid, nutritional yeast, soy sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper. Continue to cook, stirring often, until the rice is tender and creamy.
  7. Serve the risotto hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
