  • 1 cup pulled jackfruit
  • 1/2 cup vegan BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Brush each bread slice with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet.
