  • 100g tempeh, thinly sliced
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh arugula or spinach
  • Vegan mayonnaise, optional

Instructions
