  • 4 cups of cubed, dusted bread (preferably day-old)
  • 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup of vegan cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup of nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 cup of chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup of finely chopped basil
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together almond milk, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the cubed dusted bread to the mix and stir until well coated.
  4. Stir in the sun-dried tomatoes, basil, and half of the vegan cheddar cheese.
  5. Grease a baking dish with olive oil and pour the bread mixture into it.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining vegan cheddar cheese on top.
