  • 200g firm tofu, pressed and cubed
  • 300g mixed mushrooms, sliced (shiitake, button, and oyster)
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 spring onion, chopped
