  • 100g shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 50g sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 50g black olives, pitted and sliced
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
  • 1 baguette, sliced and toasted

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate the tempeh with soy sauce, miso paste, nutritional yeast, smoked paprika, and garlic. Let sit for 15 minutes.
